The Q-Flex System delivers a robust and cost-effective powered conveyor solution known for its unparalleled dependability in lighter duty applications. Featuring a dual-track system, it utilizes an upper track for the Rapid Flex chain and a lower track for load-bearing trolleys, which ensures minimal maintenance. The Q-Flex Power & Free System offers "online" accumulation and enhanced flexibility through spurs, ques, and loops, allowing you to accumulate, reroute, store in-process, and transfer products seamlessly, all while keeping the conveyor line running uninterrupted.

The Rapid Flow 3X3X3 is a medium-duty Power & Free conveyor system that merges the robustness of X348 chain with the enclosed track chain's versatility, enabling higher chain pulls and reducing the number of drives needed, thereby cutting installation and control costs. Featuring accumulating trolleys, this system expertly manages carrier movements with capabilities for starting, stopping, switching, and more. It utilizes a pivoting power chain dog for automatic chain-to-chain transfers, avoiding dead zones typical in I-Beam conveyors. The Rapid Flow 4X4X4 is a heavy-duty Power & Free System, crafted using specially designed channels and standard structural shapes for durability, eliminating the need for transfer stops and pushers by using a wide dog to pull trolleys. Its robust track sections combine 4" I-Beams and two extruded channels, secured with steel yokes, providing extended lifespan and minimal maintenance. Constructed from high-hardness Rapalloy 1035 steel, the system excels in wear resistance. Featuring free trolleys with butterfly pushers, it can handle greater loads than any other 4X4X4 system in the U.S., comparable to a 5" Power & Free Conveyor.
